Information saved
We save account details, quiz answers, profile choices, mission assignments, prospect details, outreach history and AI usage counts. This allows you to sign in, continue your work and use Core tools. Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive customer information.
AI processing
When you request generation, relevant saved profile information, offer tiers, prospect details, discovery notes and your supplied brief may be processed through Lovable AI and its model provider. AI output needs human review. Share only information you have permission to process. Provider retention and processing depend on the service configuration; do not assume all requests have zero retention.
Accounts and security
Lovable Cloud provides account and data services. Access rules restrict ordinary users to their own saved work. Account session information is stored in your browser to keep you signed in. No system can promise absolute security.
Payments
When activated, checkout will be processed by the selected payment service. The playbook will store the information needed to verify Core access, not full payment-card details. Payment processing is not yet active.
Retention and your choices
You can update saved account information and delete prospect records through the app. The owner must define retention periods and a verified contact process for access, correction and deletion requests before launch. Any additional legal rights depend on your location.
