Good morning to Tyler James Williams‘ arms. The Abbott Elementary star had his lady fans swooning over his toned and tatted arms on the 2024 Emmy Awards red carpet. Keep scrolling for moments we’re still talking about.
Tyler James Williams’ Arms Won The Emmys
Abbott Elementary was nominated for 24 Emmys at the 2024 Emmy Awards and took home four in the acting, casting, directing, and hair styling categories. Quinta Brunson shined in a Black Georges Chakra gown and we couldn’t keep our eyes off her co-star Tyler James Williams. Williams became a trending topic thanks to his red carpet-style. His sleeveless Dolce & Gabbana look; was styled by Ilaria Urbinati.
Even Good Morning America host Robin Roberts got tongue-tied while interviewing Williams. As another fan noted, Williams’ toned arms and tattoos were a combo we didn’t know we needed watching this year’s Emmys.

Liza Colón-Zayas’ Makes History
The Bear actress Liza Colón-Zayas made history as the first Latina woman to win an Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy. Not only is it an overdue accomplishment for the Latin community, it is well deserved. Colón-Zayas is charming on screen as an employee of The Bear restaurant working her way up the ranks from sous chef. Colón-Zayas’ character garnered much praise in season one, and a whole episode dedicated to her storyline in season two. She beat out the likes of Meryl Streep and Sheryl Lee Ralph.
“Thank you to my husband David Zayas, he told me to write a speech and I didn’t because I didn’t think it would be possible,” Colón-Zayas said during her heartwarming acceptance speech. “How, how could I have thought it would be possible to be in the presence of Meryl Streep and Carol Burnett and Janelle [James] and Sheryl Lee Ralph and Hannah [Einbinder]. I love you all from the bottom of my heart, and all the women — my mommy, thank you.”
Lamorne Morris Wins Big
Actor Lamorne Morris won the Emmy for Supporting Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series award for his role in Fargo, but it was his him bringing his mother as his date that really won us over. It was Morris’ first time being nominated and he took home the trophy with a charming acceptance speech that thanked God for blessing him with his mother who is one of his “biggest champions.”
“She’s been my biggest champion ever since you know came out of, I dropped out of her, her butt, whatever, I know where babies come from,” he said beaming from a toothy grin. He went on to thank his daughter. “I told you I would do it, you always doubted me,” he joked. He even asked Robert Downing Jr. to sign a poster he had since childhood.
